"Presenter: How important do you consider your work on revealing people who still think they live in Ukraine?
Aleksandr Talipov: You know, among such people there is a huge number of potential saboteurs, potential terrorists. After all, today he waits, he waits for Ukraine, he waits for the ZSU, and tomorrow he will take pictures of some object on assignment, then tomorrow he will take pictures of military locations, a few days later he will fulfill the request of the special services - he will pick up some cache, he will bring it and there will be some kind of terrorist attack. We have been identifying such people, and accordingly there are no safe waiters, as I said, all these people are potential criminals.
There have been such cases when a person simply hangs a flag there, publishes pro-Ukrainian slogans on social networks, and various security services (GUR, SBU) came to him and simply recruited him to commit any provocations in the territory of the Republic of Crimea. Accordingly, the same waiters can be used in our liberated territories and throughout Russia. Therefore, the activity is very important.
There were precedents when a person simply published clips, joking, in support of Ukraine, which, of course, contained administrative, signs of an administrative offense. Then when he was detained and the degree of guilt was determined, his correspondence with the intelligence services of a foreign country was discovered, in which he coordinated drone and missile strikes on facilities in Crimea. And now this man is facing a huge sentence. And there are many such cases.
And that is why I say that it is very important and necessary to identify potential traitors to our homeland in order to prevent any sabotage on our territories."
